Basil, Sweet Essential Oil has been found to provide support for digestive issues, circulation, rheumatoid arthritis, bladder infections, lung congestion, muscle spasms, travel sickness and a wide-range of infections. It has been found to be effective in eliminating thread-worms (pinworms); repelling flies and mosquitoes; and treating insect bites. Basil, Sweet has also been widely used to help with many emotional concerns such as anxiety, insomnia and depression. Safety Notes: Should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women in large doses. May be applied the last two weeks of pregnancy to encourage delivery. Not appropriate for children 2 years and younger. Best when used for short periods of time.
